Guided by Sinopec “the 13th Five-Year” human resource development plan and centered on the goal of “build up world-class pipeline logistics company”, we deepen personnel system reform, enhance leading group, strengthen cadre team and promote talent development, so as to stimulate staffs to cultivate career and realize values, to promote team overall quality, to boost labor productivity and to improve pipeline, oil tank, wharf management level as a whole as well as technical service capacity to provide organization guarantee and talent support.

Education&Training

PSTC has 27 types of work verification of professional technical ability qualifications authorized by Sinopec. We annually conduct 1000 persons verification of professional technical ability qualification and regularly develop technical competition including pipeline first-aid repair, SCADA system, electric, integrated calibration.

We mainly develop the following training programs: crude oil tank depot management talent training, pipeline protection and first-aid management talent training, oil product pipeline production technical staff training, pipeline storage and transportation technical talent training, mid-level leader of oil transporting company training, oil transporting team leader in basic level training, oil transporting technical talent training, emergency plan safety management system training, large oil tank fire-fighting emergency training, emergency management, certified fire-fighting engineer training, pipeline construction engineer management training, oil transporting pipeline HSE training and pipeline operation management talent training, etc.
